An In-person session focused on real situations encountered by advocates. A chance to ask any questions you have about the system. You will have the opportunity to submit case study scenarios from your work. 

Together we will walk through these case studies so you are able to strengthen your skills in the areas of checking MAP, contesting decisions and creating more positive outcomes for whanau.
